The price of delivery depends on the weight, size and how quickly you want it to arrive. Prices include packing time and materials used. I prefer to send them via Royal Mail and tracked so that should arrive in 3 days. Its with this delivery I have calculated my 3 delivery fees: ​small (vases under 10cm in height) £5 medium (vases under 20cm in height) £10 large (vases over 20cm in height) £15 If however you would like it to be sent a another way please send me a message and I will be happy to get a quote for you. The porcelain vases have all been high fired (to 1250C - 1260C degrees), which makes it able to go into the dishwasher. The small vases, under 10cm can go in the dishwasher safely. But I recommend the vases that have only been glazed on the inside, not on the outside and larger than 10cm to be washed by hand to prevent any damage.

Of course if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it. Please read the Shipping & Returns page on my website for full details. All the work is handmade and colours might be slightly different to the photo due to the application and firing process, so no two pieces are identical. I cannot take any liability if the returned package doesn't make it back to the studio, or is damaged on the way back.
