RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be postmarked within 28days of the purchase date. The product must be returned undamaged and in the packaging it arrived in. Please attached your proof of purchase then mail it to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspected the condition of the item, I will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days, from when I confirm receiving it to process your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
If the product arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact me to arrange a refund or exchange. In this case I will refund the return shipping cost as well.

Currently I am only shipping to within the UK. However please get in contact with me to inquire about shipping abroad, I'm happy to give a delivery quote and we can go from there.
All orders aim to be processed between 2-3 business days.If however there is a heavy workload this could take a extra few days. I am a sole trader so I hope you understand.
The parcel will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, aiming to arrive within 3 days. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel the shipping options are:
small (vases under 10cm in height) £5
medium (vases under 20cm in height) £10
large (vases over 20cm in height) £15
If you are local or in Brighton you can collect for free from my studio. Please make sure to confirm a date and time before arriving.
